The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition in the same condition as when purchased with all its accessories.
Returns and exchanges include all items and the product cannot be exchanged due to misuse
If the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted in order to replace it with another product or refund the amount
The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of an exchange or return
If the product is shipped to the customer through one of the shipping companies and the customer requests to cancel the order, the shipping value will be deducted from the order value, whether the shipping is free or paid.
If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping and delivery company and it returns to the store, only the value of the product will be refunded and the value of the shipping and delivery fees will be deducted.
Q: If I receive an item that is not the correct shape in the picture and deion, or is damaged from shipping, transportation, and storage, what should I do?
- When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, please photograph it immediately and inform us of this through the contact address (WhatsApp: +966500344172). You can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within Duration of 3 days from the date of receipt.
- As soon as we receive the item, we will examine it, and if it is found that there is a defect or damage in it, we will immediately begin procedures to return your money to you, whether the amount you paid for the item or the amount paid to ship that item and deliver it to you.
